When playing Counter-Strike there are a few other things you can be good at other than firing a gun, although admittedly, that's quite important too. For example choosing your model can be the difference between life and death in some cases. Take an Arctic Avenger on de_survivor, The Avenger is a tactical model on this map as it is white like most of the map (snow). This choice of model would be a good one as you are disguised/camouflaged against the background on the map. Another example, take the SAS model on a map like de_storm, a dark mainly indoor map where the SAS models all dark skin will blend in nicely with this maps background. If you choose your model carefully to suit the background or texture on the map his can become a disguise and a tactic in your play. It goes without saying that the wrong choice of model on a map will make you all the more visible, but that doesn't stop people doing it all the time. Instead of rushing in, picking any model and hoping to make the pistol round....just take a little more time to make a wise choice, it'll pay off in the end.
